Comments:

Generally bad conditions and particularly for the last few hours of HQP.  Don't
know that I have ever heard conditions so bad on as many bands as they were from
about 2300Z Sunday until 0330Z at least Monday.  Glad to know that the Hawaiian
stations and operators I worked are OK after the storm and wish the same for all
