Comments:

Predicting Aurora's is still difficult. This whole UTC-day 
was supposed to be K = 3 or higher but Hemisphere power is 
almost at the lowest possible, just a fraction above 8 GW. 
Nonetheless signals were poor on both 40 and 80 m and QRN
