Comments:

Had a pipeline into TX for 45 minutes on Sat, a brief opening into NC on Sunday.
Called PT3T many, many times but no joy.
Rig ICOM 7300 at 100 watts to 2 el SteppIR at 40 ft.
Interesting scatter, one letter in a call could be S7, the rest S0!
I really appreciated the scope on the 7300 to see a signal.
