Comments:

Biiig signals on 40m in the mobile this morning and I didn't even have the full
whip and cap hat installed on the SA-680S as I have modified it for 160m for the
Big Stew later this month.  It's sitting in the garage waiting to be reinstalled
on the 28th.

My "whip" was literally a 30" aluminum welding rod.

This antenna is awesome !
