Comments:

The subconscious woke me up at 0310Z.
On 80 m OK1RR, UX1HW and UR5MM, and a 
spurious of my switching power supply! 
Nothing on 40 m, but with the aid of 
the IC-7300 waterfall I could find the 
broadcast gang up to 18 MHz for select 
directions. Thus for very high power the
