Like last year's Stew, noise was very low. Also like last year, no noteworthy DX
openings here. Outside NA, I worked G3BJ, CT1JGA, KH7M, KH6LC, PJ2T. Only heard
a few others and they were weak. Stateside participation seemed to be up so I
kept BIC longer and improved my score quite a bit. HNY! de WQ5L
