Comments:

Despite the disturbed conditions, 9 Europeans made it into the log. Best DX was
UW2M, 18 points, 8585 km. When Kp jumped up to 3 at 06Z, and things got really
slow, I gave up on the rest of the EU sunrise.

Lots of very weak signal, some from stations which are usually loud. Were all of
those QRP, or was it just propagation (or lack thereof)? Thankfully, QRN was
low, and urban noise wasn't too bad.
