Comments:

What happened to 15 meters?  Before 1900 the band was open at least to CA.  The
only Q I made on 15 was with WJ9B. Thanks Will!

Sorry for those I could not copy on 40.  Yes, the static was high here but the
intentional QRM was higher.  Fortunately I was using my beverages and was able
to get through most of the issues, but it did cost me several Qs.  However, the
QRM was coming from the NE so anyone up there was at a major disadvantage.

Thanks for the Qs and fun.  Hope to be on 0300.
