Comments:

K3/10 at 4 to 5 watts, to a pair of dipoles up 45' fed with ladder lines and
tuners.  Always enjoy the RAC contests, thanks for sponsoring them!  Signals
were weak, with QSB, so Q counts were down for this QRP op....  checking the
Reverse Beacon system showed only TWO spots on 20M, none on 40 or 80M.  The two
spots were only 7 and 9 dB.  Usually I can get 50 or 100 spots during a contest,
so this was evidence of weaks sigs.  thanks for your patience and persistence
