Comments:

Expected to miss IARU, as we camped at a 'star party' near the CA/OR border
starting Wednesday.  However there was cloud cover on Friday night, so ditched
early, allowing for almost full time attention to IARU. Started a couple hours
late on Saturday morning.  Conditions were generally poor, but Eu signals picked
up Sat. afternoon and about 10 of the WRTC team stations were easily worked on
20m. 

Was running 200 watts, so just barely HP.  Exceeded last year's M/S HP score by
about 5%.
