Had a great time in this contest. Doubled my score from the last NAQP RTTY.
Collected a few mult's on ten meters and a lot on fifteen meters. Not bad for a
couple of bands that a lot of folks thought were going to be dead. Ran mostly in
run mode and had a lot of good runs. Eighty and forty were noisy and had a lot
of QSB. Thank goodness that the nearby storms stayed away from our area. Ran a
K3/P3 combo that worked great for the first half of the contest. The P3 then
started to shut itself off. I would restart it and a little while later it would
shut off again. I'll have to check the re-settable fuse in the aux power
circuit. It let me know how much I depend on it. Good to work a few of the MRRC
guys.
