Comments:

With company over the house and with a cold limiting operating time I feel like
I did OK. There was plenty of single hop Es to keep me busy on FT8 and phone.
Highlights for me include a 7 band run with W3CCX, working K2LIM on 1.2G and a
6M Q to DM32 (AZ). Something I learned: WB2JAY was inaudible on 902 until I put
a cavity filter in-line, after which he was coming through at 539! You live and
learn. As for FT8 ops: it's very well worth using this mode. I had many Q's that
would not have happened with phone (and likely not even with cw). I think after
the novelty has worn off we will see fewer q's that would be a slam dunk on
phone taking place with FT8 and it will be used as intended, to get weak signal
q's that can't be gotten any other way. As always it was a FUN 'test.
