Comments:

Just planned to S&P and make a few contacts. Worked all the callers Then
decided to try running. Was getting call backs, so stuck with it. Pulled the
plug at 0640UTC when callbacks dried up. Had not planned on getting up near
sunrise, but XYL got up to go to work and I heard her alarm go off, so got up
for a listen and found a few new calls. Ran a bit and put 25 more Qs in the log
before the sun took the life out of the band. I was hoping to find 2 more new
calls to make a nice round 100 Q count, but not to be. Best DX was NP2J for a 12
pointer. I worked a few 9 pointers up in the pacific NW. Band was noisy with
fast QSB at my end. Needed some repeats. Heard some callers right at my noise
level, but just could not pull some out. TX antenna is also RX antenna. Thanks
for all the Qs and patience with repeat requests. 73 Gene, N9TF.
Rig, K3S 100 watts to a 67' loaded half sloper at 35' apex, aimed EASTish.
