Comments:

I was planning a full SOAB CW effort but nature got in the way. Linda and I
wanted to be in DC for a few days but our flight down on Tuesday was cancelled
because of weather and we ended up driving down on Wednesday. The return flight
would have gotten us home Friday night but we drove back on Saturday instead,
arriving home a little before sunset.

Looking at cqcontest.net I could see that Dennis, W1UE was already doing well on
40 so I decided to try 80. Conditions were not great -- signals were below
normal and QRN was above -- but it was fun despite not being heard well in
Russia.
