Comments:

Conditions were really terrible, especially on the polar path to Europe.  The
K-Index started at 4 and ended at 6. My score is down about 33% compared to last
year.  I enjoy the strategy involved with the SOAB-6 Category, although I made a
couple of mistakes this time.

I saw an interesting condition on the Sunday 20M "opening" to Europe,
where I could hear a lot more CQ'ing stations from Europe than were being
reported on the Reverse Beacon Network.  Maybe the RTTY Skimmers don't work very
well with weak and very fluttered signals. Doing old-fashioned manual S&P
paid off quite a bit.
