Comments:

Weird band conditions plus a head cold made this one a real challenge. Seemed 
like most stations north of 40* N were absent. With few exceptions, half a dozen
VEs and most US northwest of me could only be worked off the back of the beam.
This was mostly the "South America QSO Party" from here. Only worked
seven SE EU and one from Italy. Africa yielded three loud CNs, a 9Q6, ZS6 &
9. Good prop to Oceania KH6s, ZLs, VKs, 5W and E51. Thanks to all who heard and
worked me.
