Comments:

Score down about 10% from last year, less DX to be found
(heard) from all directions, even Canada and the Caribbean!

The lesson learned from this round of Radiosport is to
persevere.  Also, note the relatively large percentage of 10
and 160 meter QSOs, when compared  with last year,
because  those bands were less crowded so my signal stood out
when compared with the mosh pits on 20 and 40 meters.

Three notes on the new Icom 7610 receiver section:

1) it overloaded (overload light came on) with no preamp
on the 160 meter transmitting antennas, even with the 
DIGI-SEL cranked to maximum selectivity.

2) it overloaded on 10 meters(!) with preamp 2 on -
the strongest signal on the s-meter at that time (with
preamp on) was 4M6R at only 20 over S9, so without the
preamp only S9! And, the DIGI-SEL is not available if
you need a preamp.

3) the noise reduction seemed to reduce white noise,
but did nothing at all on man-made noise (hash), when 
compared with the Orion's NR.
