Comments:

I continue to be amazed that AK is excluded from 7QP!  OK technically the
divisions in AK are boroughs, not counties, but this seems more like a
technicality.   

Good runs of stations on 80m SSB.  Band seemed almost empty .  then called CQ
and the floodgates opened with 7's.  Surprised to work 2 stns during what may
have been an Es opening on 15 meters.
