Comments:

A very fun and enjoyable weekend completed.

I went into this being well prepared. Been setting up the antennas weeks in
advance just to be sure and be ready.
Things were going to plan and ready to rock and roll after finishing work on
friday.

I arrived at the contest QTH with my generator for power (there is no mains
power at the QTH)
Connected up the radio and fired it up.. only to see huge noise level covering
most of the spectrum on 160/20/15/10.. I was sure that it was coming from the
nearby power lines as i had moved the antennas from where they were for last
years CQWW DX SSB/CW..
I proceeded to move everything to the original placings just hours before the
start of the contest. "The Mad Dash"
This resulted in the noise being reduced, only by a small amount.
I really did not know what to do.. I thought it was going to end up being a
Single band entry for 40m, as that was 1 of the only bands that was clear of
this noise.
1 thing i hadnt checked was the generator. This was the source of the problem.
It is one of those Suitcase types with the inverter. It was new out the box just
days before.. I found some Ferrite Clamps and beads and put them everywhere and
everything connected to the power source.
This helped a great deal and i was happy that i could actually use all bands
except 160, it didnt do a thing to help on there.

Onto the contest.
Bands were hot! or maybe it was just because i am not used to using
"DECENT" antennas of late.
First hour i posted an 82/h rate with S&P on 40, that really kicked my
enthusiasm on to keep the same effort going.
It was tough going some hours after when the bands changed and deep QSB and
flutter creeped in.

I wont bore you with the details, you were all there and saw them for yourself.

Highlight of the contest for me was calling WH7AA on 20m early morning on Sunday
and being responded to 1st try with no repeats necessary.
Managed to get some decent runs going during CQ's .. Yes QRP stations can call
CQ and can run!, just got to tell yourself that you can .

I appreciate all the calls and answers. you guys are the heros for pulling me
out.
I apologise to anyone who did call me and i didnt hear. i certainly was not
ignoring you, i just could not hear everything with the added noise level i
had.

Now to return to the real world and recover.

All QSO's were recorded and will be uploaded onto QSOrder later today or
tomorrow, if you are interested in how you were heard here.

160 - Vertical / Inverted L / Dipole (BAND WAS NOT USED)
80 - 4 Square / 204' Doublet / Loop / Inverted L (BAND WAS TERRIBLE)
40 - 2 Element @ 100' on Tower 2 / 4 Square / 204' Doublet 
20/15/10 - Steppir DB18 @ 100' on Tower 1 / Hygain TH6DXX @ 80' on Tower 2
Rig - Yaesu FT1000MP running 5W.
