K3 / Optibeam

Highest QRN level on 40m Saturday night that I can remember usually <S1 but
was S3-S6.  Lightning strike so close to my control location in NC (I watched it
out my window) that it forced me to reboot everything Saturday in the middle of
a run.

Usually the EU stations have a bad reputation but a FL club station came on my
run frequency 4 different times Sunday just calling CQ.  Actually forced me to
turn my antenna once to give him a hint :-)
