Comments:

Computer keyboard batteries died causing added characters, missing characters,
mysterious QSYs mid QSO.  Auto CQ stuck on and I couldn't stop it.

Did I have a fresh set of batteries at hand?  Nooo!  I had to turn the house
upside down and shack it until they fell out.
