Comments:

Summer 2018 was an ambitious "shack remodel" project at K8AZ and, due
to work commitments, the project was only "almost" done -- with new
flooring installed and new custom operating desks constructed prior to CQWW, but
I did not finish the actual station wiring in time.  Nevertheless, a crew of
great helpers pitched in, and by the end of the contest all six bands were back
on the air, with a few points made for the club and to "shake down"
the station for good measure.  Lots of fun, and big thanks to a great group of
friends, especially W5WZ, who drove up from Calhoun, LA only to be handled a
drill and wire cutters instead of a mic and headphones.
