Comments:

Very ruff start.  Change I made in rig config screwed up my monitor.  Couldn't
hear myself send.  Didn't notice I was sending the wrong PREC on first 2 Q's. 
Fixed that in the msgs but then on a repeat I forgot about that still wrong!
