Comments:

Winter evening skip is long! Studied the 7 MHz fade-out 
to PA-country in the European 1700Z-1800Z Mini-test. 
Dutch signals were strong during the first 10 minutes. 
In the 1900Z CWT the strong band edge markers on 7 MHz 
for a long time were DK9PY (low edge) and DK5KK (high 
edge). Other regions were quite weak, but 4X6GP had an 
outstanding signal on my multi-band sloper (with the one
