Comments:

Trying out a lot of new things in the contest for the first time.  Op'ed the
entire contest using the FT891, not really a contest rig.  It did better than
expected, although not as well on SSB as it would on CW.  Adjusting the AGC, IPO
and riding the RF gain got it done.  Not a lot of success running, and the bands
seemed really long Saturday, working west coast on 80m early with 100w.  [Maybe
160m contest will be interesting!]
A last minute walkaround on the antenna playground fixed a few things that could
have been problems, a droopy 15/20m dipole and a broken line on the 80m dipole
needed repair before the test.
Otherwise decent radio fun.
