Club: Central Texas DX and Contest Club

Comments:

I had a lot of fun doing the contest this year, but it was challenging at times.

I use a K3 at 100w. My antennas consist of a dipole up 20 feet, and 2
verticals.
My husband and I both did the contest, so we took turns using the 3 antennas and

swapped bands about every hour. I know that I am not very loud,and so I am
grateful to those stations who struggled to work me. It was fun speaking to so
many DX stations. I am looking forward to doing it again next year.
