Comments:

Father-son county expedition to Lassen County!  Our setup was a Buddipole tuned
to 40 meters and a home-brew ground-mounted 20 meter vertical in the backyard of
an Airbnb in Westwood, CA (near Lassen Peak).  In our makeshift shack (AKA the
kitchen table), we ran a Yaesu FT-450D with a Z100Plus autotuner and N1MM+ on
the laptop. Thanks to all the suport we received from NCCC, in particular from
K6MR & K6DGW (for antenna theory consultations) and N6DE (for software tech
support). Thanks also to KF6ONI & WA6ZRT (for antenna mechanics
consultations) and to XYL, Margot, for logistical and dietary support.
