Conditions were strange, luckily the storm that rolled in Saturday did not
produce any lightning crashes, only had to contend with stations in close
separation.  Lost run frequency a couple of times when loud stations set up shop
near or practically on frequency I occupied.  At times I wondered if I was
transmitting into a dummy load when an expected reply to my call was another
"CQ Contest" :-(  Only when I checked the Live Score Server to realize
that my score wasn't all that bad.  Still had fun, it was nice to hear many
