Comments:

Dismantled the 14 MHz low 3-el fixed Zaba-laser 
a week ago (with the banana boom it looked like 
a 1950's QST-caricature). So it was a bit tough 
with only the 18 m slant vertical (polarization 
diversity with the upper and lower part angled). 
The band sounded quite weak at first, but then 
Bob N7WY woke me up for a good USA-session. No 
time to slide to lower bands. Some hectic below 
14.033 with pile-ups of DX-peds or the like....
