Comments:

45 minutes of operating.  Started at 2130 and ran continuously for a half hour
due to "fresh meat" phenomenon, but then hit the "mid-afternoon
west coast doldrums," i.e. 40 not wide open yet, 20 abandoned by eastern
stations (except SO2Rers that have already been worked).
