Comments:

Five minutes into the contest, the power went out, and stayed out for 5 hours.
Not a good start. The rainy weather seemed to tamp down propagation on the
higher bands. There were problems here with 2 meters (receive sensitivity), 902
(temporary antenna) and a computer that kept crashing. Got two new bands up and
running in a limited fashion (2304 and 10 GHz). There were a few minimal e-skip
openings on 6 meters, notably during the last hour of the contest, with most
activity evident on FT8 and MSK144. Thanks to the rovers that got out and braved
the weather!
