Comments:

Started on 20.  Rarely did two guys call in at once. Not many strong signals,
but a lot of new European guys were on.  What a treat!  Went to 40 for the last
11 minutes - good for 34 QSOs and 23 mults.  Not a great rate and only once did
I get two calls at once. It is about 90 degrees outside and the SteppIR worked!
