Comments:

What a blast - even though someone turned on that great attenuator in the sky. 
Sigs were weak, but copyable.  Conditions like that make for great fun.  Pulling
a partial call, such as "NRA", is like seeing a friendly face in the
crowd - each QSO is a rush.
