Comments:

Being an eternal optimist, I listened on 15 right at 1900z.  Hah - that was a
foolish endeavor!  Dropping down a band, I found 20 to be  uncooperative, to say
the least. Thank goodness for 40 meters, which provided QSOs all across North
America.
