Comments:

Yet another 'haunting' of my favorite Grid Corner, EN51, EN52, EN61 and EN62.

Back to my FT-991, powered by a 20 A-hr LiFePO battery in the CoROVERolla.
'Barefoot' (50W) and Qs were made with both an omni loop and a 10el yagi (that I
was able to raise at every stop). All SSB phone again but I tried ONE Q using
the 'original digital mode' (a.k.a. "CW") but my "JK-38"
straight key would not cooperate so ended up going to SSB.

"DX" to AC0RA/R in Iowa (EN41 and EN42, over 300 km), K9MRI in Indiana
(EN70, over 250 km)

13 different calls in my log. Thanks to all of the stations who were able to
pull my puny signal out of the noise and work me, with special thanks to the
EIGHT fixed stations who were able to do that from all 4 of the Grids I visited.
The other five calls were only worked from ONE of my grids (but AC0RA/R was
worked in two different grids at his end).

7 different Grid Locators worked; EN41, EN53 and EN70 beyond the local 4 (EN51,
EN52, EN61 and EN62).

Thanks to all who participated, to the Central States VHF Society for their
continued sponsorship of the Spring VHF & Up Sprints, to the support team of
KA2KQM, W0ZQ and WB8BZK and to WA7BNM for the 3830scores.com reporting
resource.

Onward to the Superconference and the Microwave and 50 MHz Sprints on the
weekends after that.

73, JK
