Comments:

We are in the summer doldrums for sure, about half the activity level of
winter.
The skip zones were by and large quite long which puts many participants near or
in the noise from here in the mid Atlantic. Big guns were very weak on
backscatter on both 20 and 40. The good thing was the QRN from storms was very
low.
