Well yes, the headset has a boom mike, and with a little head-scratching 
I figured out the settings for SSB. I don't think I've been on phone since 
last NAQP SSB. I got on at a terrible time for 20m QRP 0130Z, with 
20m faded out to USA, and way to early for 40m here on west coast. 
But, I found a few, and found a few more, and made my 10 QSOs for 
participation. Thanks,
