Just before the contest I decided to give QRP a go in Aug.  I have done this
once before in the Jan event but the noise in August made things much much
harder - and the lack of much activity on the high bands.  15 was open well from
here at times but there were just no stations on - I called CQ there and I also
moved folks to 15m. I even worked KH6 on 15m.  I think I could have worked some
folks on 10 meters but QRP made that much harder. I did hear N4OX but we did not
complete a contact.  I called and called many folks on 80 meters but it was very
very hard to make any contacts there - 160 was worse. 
Thanks for the contacts - and I am sorry I was so weak - not really that sorry.
