Comments:

Someone had taken my KP20KE bayside-parking 
location, so I goofed up the longwire tail
of the regular 14 MHz car vertical. But I 
found soon that I had my hands full with 
14 MHz only, working Bud AA3B on the last 
minute after many other USA. At the start 
flutter-QSB was fast. Europe was coming 
in well, even SM's. Days of Es up to 
70 MHz, which is rare for late August. 
Now to find my 20 m wire back in the 
dark. It may have a knot in the tree...
