Comments:

Propagation on 10M is such an interesting thing, especially during solar
minimum.  Most skywave signals I heard and were workable were less than S1. 
During the test, I probably heard 5 signals that were above S3.  Biggest
non-local signal was W2CU in NY with a booming S7 signal.  I probably worked 20
stations on ground wave with most of those being in AR.  As interesting as it
was, I sure look forward to improving conditions as we are starting to see signs
of Cycle 25.  Tnx for the Q's !
