Comments:

Had grandkids so operating time limited. So set up fixed mobile Saturday morning
and Sunday around noon. Some  Es to W1 and W3 Saturday -- tnx K1RM and K3UL.
Sunday set up with heavy snow falling around noon. Surprised to hear CE and LU
stations really loud - true 599. Put CE2ML and LW8DQ in the log, plus N4BP
Florida on Es. Wonder if a "Es - TEP" link ? Checked DXMAPS on
returning home and saw an Es cloud located over Louisiana at the "first
hop" on to South America. Pleased to work some South American DX in the 10
Meter contest at the bottom of Solar Cycle 24. Station 5 watts, 1/4 wave whip on
car.
