Comments:

Prior to the contest start  I did a bit of CQing from 1915 - 1940Z and worked 22
Eu's including 8 Russians in about 25 minutes on 1822.5  I went for supper and
came back just at contest start 2000Z.  The band had died and it took 18mins to
work OK2BFN. Lots of strong signals heard but very hard for NA to be noticed  in
the crush of over-the-back-fence signals in Eu.  It was very slow going with
only 20 Russians in the log.  

I heard Vlad RV1CC in SP S&Ping with good signal but never worked
him...sorry Vlad.

My first time in this one and nice to do a short sprint of 4 hours.!
