Comments:

I operated 15 RTTY contests in 2019, so I could not miss the last contest of the
year. 
I would like OK-DX-RTTY rules to allow SO2R, to keep the operator busy and to
increase the number of signals/band.
I am not complaining about propagation, since experts are telling us that we are
right are the bottom of the solar cycle... Are we???!!!
