Comments:

After working the only DX on 7 MHz, Heijo EA8OM, 
at 1927Z, the ROI (Return on Investment) on both 
40 m and 80 m during the next 20 minutes was zero. 
Not a single answer to CQ CWT. Heard all of the HP 
stations on both bands, but each of them worked only 
once. Finally worked 6 x SM in the last few minutes
