Comments:

Re-defining the international Q symbol QRP == "not heard on any band."
 The pipeline definitely had a choke valve in it tonight - I could hear the West
Coast well on 40, copyable on 80, and N3BB was loud on all bands.  So
frustrating to hear so many, yet work so few.  Glad last Saturday's NA Sprint
didn't have my propagation of tonight!
