Comments:

KPA500 came up with a failed PIN diode (I think, based on the symptoms) at the
start of the contest.  Switched to my back up rig (TS-2000 & Hercules II
amp)  That didn't work too well.  Had to change cabling to use the Hercules II
with my K3.  Once I got that done, the K3 and Hercules II played very well
together for the rest of the contest.  BTW, the KPA500 worked OK the day before.
