IC-7300 + Cushcraft X7

QSOs were made from the rental station at Maya Hill Lodge, Cayo district,
Western Belize (see www.mayahill.bz for more details).

Condx were okay on Saturday with exactly 1.000 QSOs before the band closed. So
hoped to finish somewhere around 1.800 QSOs +/- but condx detoriated a lot and
Sunday was much worse with lots of QSB and many repeats needed. Thus the 500
QSOs on Sunday were even harder work.

Nevertheless always enjoy operating from the Caribbean region although Belize is
on the western end of it and rather Central America and station location quite
in-land near the Guatemala border.

Hope to see you next weekend during ARRL-CW, too. ;-)
