Bands were quite good and provided lots of action... 20 and lower, that is.

Always enjoy the first hour or two of any contest and 20m provided tons of fun.

Part time here, included sleeping in during the Saturday AM EU opening, which
many say was the best day.  Sunday provided, however, as it was all fresh to
me... signals from 14000 to 14145 nicely packed.   Tight at the bottom of the
box, and nice and spaced out at the top end.  Eu after Eu after Eu.  Been awhile
and reminds all of what better conditions are like.

Had guest ops KE7RW and KG7WOT come over for awhile during the Saturday JA run
and fun was had by all.  Fun sitting back and watching them get into it for the
first time with a nice run.

Up early on Sunday and had a very nice time going from 160 to 80 and 40 several
times.  40m long path to EU was OUTSTANDING !   from here with
just a dipole was able to one call most all of the EUs.. many peaking over s9.
Must have been a great path, OR maybe its like that all the time, and im just
not checking it.  It was memorable... with YT5A just booming in over the SW (i
believe....turning the dipole wouldnt tell me much  :-) )

A memorable fun weekend.
