Comments:

Started on 20. It was really dead, but sounded like people were working each
other on a dummy load. Only one or two guys were strong.  Went to 40 and it was
OK, but could not attract attention.  Lots of S&P and calling CQ.  People
were weak and it was hard to get them the first try.
