Comments:

Good start on 80 but the amplifier, despite showing a near-1:1 SWR, was
producing some disturbing internal chirps when keying on 40. I QRTd to do some
diagnosing. Gee, I thought 40 was my no-problem, no-tuner-required, band.

Well, at least I shut down before incurring one of the dreaded
automatic-shutdown warnings.

Thanks for the (few!) QSOs, guys! This amp/antenna combo is a "work in
progress" (or is it "process"?).
